Climate change impacts

It takes only 305 days for the average Canadian to produce as much greenhouse gases as the average New Zealander will produce over the course of the entire year.  Therefore, November 1st (305 days into the year) is "Climate Change Impacts in New Zealand Day."

The impacts of climate change patterns are likely to affect New Zealand in various ways. Scientists are predicting that current trends could result in increased Northern temperatures, rise in sea levels, more extreme weather, and changes in rainfall patterns.
